Logistics Manager
Your job responsibilities will include:
- To ensure the warehouse operations, plan and control incoming and outgoing deliveries, warehouse capacity, accurate stock of goods, etc. warehouse processes;
- Optimize warehousing processes to reduce costs and improve service quality. Take part in group-level projects on new business initiatives and improvements;
- Provide warehouse performance reports and data analysis, evaluate team performance, identify problems for process improvement;
- Evaluate customer feedback, provide reports to the sta of related departments on the findings and offer possible solutions;
- Develop and control the budget, ensure regular cost control;
- Maintain the warehouse in the proper technical condition in cooperation with the property manager;
- Ensure high warehouse security standards;
- Manage, organize and plan the work of the structural unit following the company's strategy and values.
To successfully perform your job duties, you need:
- More than 5 years of experience in the field of logistics, transportation and warehouse management;
- Strong communication skills - ability to work well in a team, as well as to lead and motivate others;
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
- Strong argumentation and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Latvian, English and Russian.
