With the aim to optimize sales processes and improve client service quality in the Baltic countries ELKO Group JSC management has decided to restructure the company’s sales structure in the Baltic market. The changes have been realized for ELKO operations in Latvia and Estonia already last year and from May. The Baltic product management and warehouse team located in Riga are managing all processes with products in Baltics, implementing more powerful business processes caused by Baltic synergy.
